How to decide the next step
Mark each check as supported, missing or inconsistent. Do not total the results into a quality score: a mismatched source or payment route requires its own decision. Use the stop conditions below.
Strong example
A clothing row has a labeled album URL and matching source link, a visible product code, useful front and back views, garment measurements, consistent watermarks and a note that shipping weight still needs confirmation. The next uncertainty is explicit. This illustrative example is not a verified item or seller.
Weak example
A bag row has one cropped image, an unexplained price, no dimensions, a shortened link and different contact marks across photos. Even if the design looks relevant, the row lacks enough traceable evidence to keep.
One-sentence save rule
Save the result only if you can name the matching evidence, the remaining uncertainty and the next check.
What to do next
For a result with matching references, compare album and QC photos, estimate shipping-weight impact and review seller and link risk. For a weak result, return to category-first research instead of trying to rescue the row.
Use stop conditions before counting evidence
A numerical total can hide a serious gap. A matching code, usable source and clear transaction route cannot be replaced by several good-looking photos.
- Stop: the source leads to a different item or variant, or the contact contradicts the authorized source.
- Request evidence: dimensions, dated price basis or item-specific photos are missing.
- Keep researching: matching references and relevant evidence are recorded, with each remaining question named.
