Collect these details before writing

  • Public product URL and exact product code.
  • Color, size, model or other selected variant.
  • Intended quantity and whether mixed variants are needed.
  • The visible MOQ or the question you need answered about it.
  • Which measurements, specifications or QC views matter.
  • Packing requirements and whether boxes or accessories are included.
  • Destination country or region only when requesting a shipping estimate.
  • The reply fields you need in order to compare another offer.

A message structure you can adapt

Draft structureHello. I am asking about [product code and public link], variant [color/size/model]. Quantity: [number]. Please confirm the MOQ, unit price and currency for this quantity, what is included, available variants, packed weight or carton details, and whether current detail photos or measurements are available. If shipping is quoted, please separate product, packing and freight and state the destination used.

Remove questions that do not apply. Do not send personal or payment information merely to ask whether a product and quote can be compared.

Ask for price in a comparable form

Request amount, currency, exact variant, quantity tier and date together. If there is a sample price, keep it separate from the bulk tier. If fees or packing are extra, ask that they be listed separately.

Ask for evidence that answers your category question

For clothing, measurements and material may matter. For bags, dimensions, lining and empty weight may matter. For electronics, exact model and included components may matter. A large photo set is not automatically useful if it misses the detail you need.

Ask for shipping without treating it as a promise

Provide the destination used for the estimate and ask whether the figure is based on actual packed weight, dimensional weight or an estimate. Record the route and included services. Only the responsible party can confirm a final quote and support process.

Check the reply before relying on it

  1. Match the identityConfirm the reply comes through an authorized public contact tied to the same source.
  2. Match the itemCheck code, variant, quantity and photos against your request.
  3. Separate the totalsKeep unit price, packing, freight and other fees in separate fields.
  4. Record uncertaintyIf a question is unanswered, leave it unanswered rather than treating silence as agreement.

A reply is not transaction protection

A fast or detailed response does not verify identity, stock, quality or delivery. Review the seller and payment risk guide before considering any external transaction.
